TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER PLACEMENT AND GOODS DELIVERY

7. The offers for the different types of goods can be arranged by different criteria in accordance with the demands of the client-user and with the offered on the site classification.
8. The offers contain major data about the offered product and its price. The offers are accompanied by photos.

The provided data and photos are supplied by the respective manufacturer/trader on whose behalf the sale is accomplished. 911.bg is not responsible for the data content or for inconsistency of data and any misleading or dishonest advertisement in the sense of the Customer and Trading Rules Protection Act (CTRPA).
11. The quoted prices refer to one single article from the goods and do not include delivery costs.
12. The order placement and the delivery terms and conditions are listed on the site.
13. You can order a specific article by pressing the “add” button on the goods offer. That action is an expression of will which binds both the client and the 911.bg under the present Contract, respectively under the terms and conditions specified herewith, and the regulations of the Customer and Trading Rules Protection Act (CTRPA).
14. The client specifies the main parameters of the requested by him/her goods, in accordance with the provided options and types of goods (type, make, size, color, etc.).
15. .With the order placement the client must provide his/her exact address and phone number where he/she should be contacted within the delivery term.
16. Any listing of untrue/wrong address and/or phone number makes the order null and it does not bind 911.bg with the obligation to execute the delivery.
17. Upon the receipt of the order, we from the 911.bg dial the provided phone number in order to check the order validity and reconfirm the order and delivery address.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

18. The ordered goods are delivered to the provided by the client address in Bulgaria. The client undertakes the obligation to provide free access and opportunity of acceptance of the goods.
19. The ordered by the client goods are delivered in Bulgaria within 48 hours (for Sofia) to the specified by the client address provided the address has been exact and valid, and the order has been reconfirmed by the client.
20. The ordered goods are delivered suitably packed according to their type and to the means of delivery transport.
21. In case the client could not be located within the delivery term at the specified address or there has been no free access and opportunity of receiving of the goods within that delivery term, the order is considered void and 911.bg is relieved of the obligation to execute the ordered shipment.
22. In case the client reconfirms his/her wish to receive the ordered goods upon the expiry of the delivery term within which he/she has not been located at the provided by him/her address then the client undertakes to pay the delivery costs. The latter are paid at the time of the goods delivery, simultaneously with the payment of the goods’ price.
23. The payment of the goods’ price is done at the time the goods are received by the client who has ordered them or by any third party acting on the client’s behalf provided that third party confirms the acceptance and identity of the ordered goods.
24. In case any third party undertakes to receive and confirm the acceptance of the ordered goods on behalf of the client who has originally ordered them then the latter has no right to return the goods or raise claims as regards the shipment.

REFUSAL TO RECEIVE ORDERED AND DELIVERED GOODS

25. Any client who has ordered goods on the 911.bg electronic shop has the right to refuse the acceptance of these ordered and already delivered to him/her goods, only in one of the following cases:
26. The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ordered goods and that can be established through an ordinary checking of the goods.
27. The goods or their packaging have been damaged during transportation.
28. The price payable by the client does not correspond to the price originally offered on the 911.bg website.
29. The delivery term has not been observed.
30. Under the conditions of Art. 69 par. 3 from the CTRPA
31. Any claims under the above paragraphs are made only at the time of delivery
32. Apart from the above cases the client has no right to refuse acceptance and payment for the ordered by him/her goods. Otherwise he/she shall owe payment for the incurred costs of delivery and returning of the goods.
33. Any refusal of goods acceptance is established on the grounds of a Protocol of Goods Refusal which is drawn at the time of goods delivery. Any refusal of the client to sign the Protocol of Goods Refusal is grounds to deduce that his/her refusal to receive the goods has not been reasonable and in that case he/she shall owe payment for the incurred costs of delivery and returning of the goods.
34. After the goods acceptance and payment the client has the right to raise claims as regards the goods and demand to have them returned and his/her money paid back to him/her, in any of the following cases:
35. The goods have a significant defect or non-conformity which could not have been established during an ordinary checking;
- During their application, the goods have proven to have a defect which makes them unfit to use acc. to their designation;
- Under the conditions of Art. 69 par. 3 from the CTRPA..

36. Claims are accepted as follows:
· Under items 1 and 2 above: within 24 hours from the goods acceptance.
- Under item 3: within 7 days from the goods acceptance provided the goods have been returned in the state in which they were accepted and meanwhile have not been used.
37. КWhenever the delivered goods have a warranty period provided by the producer/importer and the client holds the warranty card complete with contact addresses and phone numbers of the service maintenance shops, the client should get in direct contact with the respective shops.
38. Whenever there is a discrepancy between ordered and actually delivered goods which could not have been established at the time of delivery, the goods are exchanged with the right ones within 24 hours from the client’s claim and the subsequent check-up.

LIMITATIONS

39. The site users have the right of free use of the 911.bg site resources apart from the limitations set forth in the present General Conditions and Terms and other generally valid limitations..
40. The users of the 911.bg site have no right to copy, distribute or use texts, pictures, images or any part from the site without the explicit permission of the 911.bg.
